Place it on your rear window in a spot visible to a policeman as he/she approaches your vehicle during a traffic stop. 

The kit includes two (2) Alto Mordida stickers, laminated card explaining in both English and Spanish that you understand your rights and would like to pay for your ticket at the station (or mail it in where this option is available), laminated card of useful phone numbers, and two copies of the Mexican Tourism Complaint Form to fill out when you have the reason to file a complaint on a police officer.
